These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, online learning platform, educational content, courses, services, and all related features and functionalities (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific courses or services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to our website. Each account is for individual use only, and institutional or multi-user licenses require separate agreements.
Course enrollment is subject to availability and may require prerequisite knowledge or skills for certain advanced courses. By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of enrollment. Payment must be made through our approved payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods we may offer. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes as required by law. We reserve the right to modify course prices at any time, but changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.
Our refund policy provides a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of course purchase, during which you may request a full refund if you have completed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@neofabacademy.com with your order number and reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Courses purchased at a discount or during promotional periods are non-refundable. Subscription-based services may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. In cases of technical issues preventing course access, we will provide technical support to resolve the issue or, if unresolvable, issue a full refund. Certificates, once issued, are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy with reasonable notice to active students.
All content, materials, and intellectual property available through our Services, including but not limited to course videos, lectures, presentations, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software code, 3D models, CAD files, CNC programs, educational methodologies, and the overall "look and feel" of our platform, are owned by or licensed to NeoFab Academy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written permission.
Upon enrollment in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit you to: download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit course content for any commercial purposes; modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; share your account credentials or course access with others; or use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access content. You retain ownership of any original work you create and submit as part of coursework, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submissions for educational purposes, quality assurance, portfolio showcases (with your permission), and platform improvement. Any infringement of our intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
You agree to use our Services in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Services and for any content you submit, post, or transmit. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity; harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing other users, instructors, or staff; posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive; sharing, distributing, or facilitating the distribution of viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
Additionally, you may not: engage in any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or cheating on assignments and exams; use the Services for any commercial purpose without our written authorization; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; collect or harvest information about other users without their consent; post spam, advertising, or promotional content in course forums or discussions; engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our Services; or circumvent any security measures or content protection mechanisms. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these Terms, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities. We also reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities in investigating any suspected illegal activities.

However, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or currentness of course content. The field of technology evolves rapidly, and some information may become outdated. Course content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Certificates of completion are awarded to students who successfully complete all course requirements, including assignments, projects, and assessments as specified in each course. Certificates verify completion of our educational program but do not constitute accredited academic degrees, professional licenses, or certifications unless explicitly stated. Employers and educational institutions determine their own recognition standards for our certificates. We reserve the right to update course content, modify course structure, change instructors, or discontinue courses at any time with reasonable notice. If a course is discontinued while you are enrolled, you will either receive access to equivalent replacement content or a prorated refund. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses, complying with third-party terms of service, and ensuring compatibility with your hardware and operating systems. We may receive referral fees or commissions from third-party service providers, but this does not influence our educational content or recommendations. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF COURSE CONTENT OR ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH OUR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEOFAB ACADEMY, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INSTRUCTORS, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and NeoFab Academy. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeoFab Academy regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
